Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Eligibility
You may return or exchange products within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt).
- Custom or personalized products are only eligible if defective (see Section 3).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or installed equipment.
- Products damaged due to improper use, neglect, or modification.
- Digital products or software licenses.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery via email or phone, including photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a free return and provide a replacement, full refund, or repair at our discretion.
4. Return Process
- Contact us at susan6eilidhosborne@outlook.com or +44 7577 032314 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package the item securely with all accessories and the RA number clearly marked.
- Ship the item to: INN-HOUSE AUTOMATICS LIMITED, 62 Nant Talwg Way, Barry, CF62 6LZ, GB. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item, credited to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: Shipped within 5 business days of receiving the returned item (subject to stock availability).
6. Late or Ineligible Returns
Returns received after 30 days or without a valid RA number may be rejected or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
