1. Shipping Coverage
We offer shipping services to all locations within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) and a range of international destinations. 2. Order Processing
  • Standard Orders: All in-stock products are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Processing days exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and UK public holidays.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Products: These require additional processing time, typically 5-15 business days, depending on the complexity of the order. You will be notified of the exact processing timeframe in your order confirmation email.
  • Large or Heavy Equipment: Items exceeding standard weight or size limits (e.g., arcade machines, full-size gaming tables) may take 3-7 business days to process due to specialized packaging requirements.
3. Shipping Methods, Times, and Costs
  • UK Domestic Shipping:
    • Economy Delivery: Delivered within 5-7 business days. Cost is calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of the package, starting from £9.99.
    • Standard Delivery: Delivered within 3-5 business days. Cost starts from £14.99, with weight and size-based adjustments.
    • Express Delivery: Delivered within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends). Available for most items, with costs starting from £24.99. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM GMT to qualify for next-day delivery.
    • White Glove Delivery (for large equipment): Includes doorstep delivery, unpacking, and basic setup (where applicable). Available within mainland UK, with delivery within 3-5 business days. Costs are quoted based on the product and delivery location, starting from £49.99.
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International: Delivered within 7-14 business days for major destinations (e.g., EU countries, USA, Canada, Australia). Delivery times may extend to 21 days for remote locations.
    • Express International: Delivered within 3-5 business days for select countries. Available upon request, with costs calculated at checkout.
    • Shipping Costs: International rates are determined by the destination country, package weight, and dimensions. A shipping cost estimator is provided during checkout before payment.
4. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
  • All international shipments are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office to estimate potential charges before placing an order. Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being held or returned to us, with the recipient liable for all associated costs.
5. Tracking and Delivery Notifications
  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can use this number to track the shipment status via the courier’s official website.
  • For UK express deliveries and international express shipments, you will receive SMS notifications (if a mobile number is provided) with delivery updates, including a 1-hour delivery window.
6. Delivery Requirements
  • Signature on Delivery: All shipments (both UK and international) require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the courier may leave a delivery attempt notice and re-deliver the next business day, or hold the package at a local depot for collection.
  • Accessibility: Ensure the delivery location is accessible for the courier (e.g., ground floor access for large items, no restricted entry times). Additional charges may apply for deliveries to hard-to-reach areas (e.g., remote islands, high-rise buildings without elevators).
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
  • Lost Shipments: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or shows no movement for 7+ days (UK) or 14+ days (international), contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the courier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or full refund within 5 business days.
  • Damaged Shipments: Inspect the package upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will coordinate a return of the damaged item and send a replacement at no cost.
  • Delayed Shipments: For shipments exceeding the estimated delivery time, we will investigate with the courier. If the delay is due to our error, we may offer a partial refund of shipping costs as compensation.
8. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
  • Shipments returned to us due to incorrect addresses, unclaimed at depots, or refused delivery will be processed as follows:
    • A re-shipping fee (equal to the original shipping cost) will apply to send the package again.
    • If you choose not to re-ship, a refund of the product cost (minus original shipping and a 15% restocking fee) will be issued.
    • Unclaimed packages held by us for 30 days will be disposed of, with no refund provided.
9. Shipping Insurance
  • All shipments include basic insurance covering loss or damage up to £100. For high-value items (over £100), you can purchase additional shipping insurance during checkout, with coverage up to £5,000.
10. Changes to Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in courier rates, service offerings, or regulatory requirements. The latest version will always be posted on our website, with an effective date noted.
